VC grades are not made to make you feel better about yourself. The grading process is rigorous and harsh, a C- rating is still a very respectable car. With the Re-vetting process your car can be updated if you have decided to take it to the next step. Original, restored, and modified vehicles can all reach the highest grades through different achievement pathways.

Vetted Cars does not conduct physical inspections. Photographs alone cannot certify hidden mechanical or structural conditions. A VC grade is not a warranty, safety certification, valuation, or substitute for an in-person pre-purchase inspection.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Official letter grade. A permanent VC serial number. Physical grading stickers. A searchable profile with approved photographs, specifications, modifications, build story, and public social links. Grading history is preserved, with discounted re-vetting for future updates. Social features are discretionary, not guaranteed.

BEFORE YOU APPLY
Can an original vehicle earn an S? Yes, all three pathways can achieve the highest grades. Is grading in person? No, it is remote and evidence-based. Can I update a grade later? Re-vetting creates a new assessment on the same vehicle record and preserves earlier grades. Is publication automatic? Only approved records with publication permission are made public.
